Despite all our efforts, there may still be situations that require attention. In order to maintain high standards and to be able to assess the situation, we kindly request that you report any complaints* immediately after your arrival. This will give us the opportunity to take action. We will endeavour to resolve the issue as quickly as possible. Please also report any malfunctions and/or technical defects. You can report these via the reception desk at EuroParcs Cadzand-Bad: +31 (0) 85 760 6091.
*We can handle cleaning complaints from the day of arrival until 12 noon the following day at the latest.

Parking
If your accommodation includes a private parking space, you may park one car there. If not, you can use the nearby parking bays. Bad Meersee also offers a few additional parking spaces where a second car can be parked.
Due to the child-friendly nature of our park, we kindly urge you to drive slowly and carefully. Please respect the traffic signs on the premises.
Pets
A loyal four-legged friend is often part of the family—and they are more than welcome at EuroParcs! We have selected specific accommodations for pets. Please ensure that your pet does not cause a nuisance to other guests and/or park residents. Kindly walk your pet outside the park grounds. If your pet accidentally relieves itself on the premises, the owner is responsible for cleaning it up. Dog waste bag dispensers are available throughout the park—please use them to help keep the park and surroundings clean!
Waste Disposal
At the entrance of Bad Meersee, you will find a container for household waste and paper.
Wi-Fi
You can log in to our Wi-Fi network "Bad Meersee" free of charge. Follow the instructions displayed on the TV.
Quiet Hours
The park must be quiet from 10:00 PM onwards.
Drone Use
In the Netherlands, you are allowed to make aerial recordings with a drone for personal use—this falls under recreational use. However, you must respect the privacy rights of others. For example, you may not film people secretly. If you film or photograph someone, you must ask for their permission.
You are not allowed to fly drones everywhere. For instance, drones are prohibited over crowds, densely built-up areas, industrial and port zones, and other no-fly zones. It should be clear that flying over the park is not permitted.
Additionally, you must always maintain a visual line of sight with the drone. The drone may not fly higher than 120 meters above ground or water and cannot be flown in the dark.

Because we value nature, the woods, the dunes and reeds, and your safery, we have a friendly reminder for you:
- Only gas and electric barbecues are allowed
- Please make sure to have a fire extinguisher at hand
- When you smoke, please make sure the cigarette is completely put out and please throw it in the ashtray

Departure
Are you leaving? We hope you had a pleasant stay. Before you leave, we would like to ask you to leave your chalet or bungalow broom clean and to wash all dishes. We would also like to ask you to melt the fridge and turn the heating/cooker to a low temperature before you leave. If you have rented bed linen, towels or kitchen towels, you can leave them in the corridor on departure. Make sure that you do not forget any valuables from your chalet or bungalow. We do not accept any responsibility for this.
We ask you to throw your own rubbish into the rubbish containers. You will find the containers in the park. Please chech the map of the park.
- Leave the accommodation tidy.
- Make sure the dishes have been washed and everything has been put back in the right place.
- Take the waste to the recycling centre (milieustraat on the map).
- Remove the bed linen from the beds and put it all in one pillowcase.

This differs per type of accommodation. When making your booking, you can sometimes already see in the relevant features what kind of coffee maker is available. It may vary from coffee filter machine, Nespresso or Senseo. Should the coffee maker not be what you are looking for, you can pick up a Senseo or filter coffee maker from EuroParcs Schoneveld reception for a deposit of 25 euros.

Yes, your dog is very welcome here. However, dogs must be kept on a leash in the park. We do not have any special walking areas or off-leash areas in the park. If your dog leaves any mess behind, you must clean it up. Your dog is also welcome on the beach, but during the high season between 1 May and 1 October from 10:00 to 18:00, your dog must be kept on a leash. Outside this period, your dog is allowed to run free on the beach.
