Park information

Ondanks al onze inspanningen kunnen er toch situaties zijn waar de aandacht naar toe moet. Om het een en ander goed op niveau te houden en te kunnen beoordelen, willen wij je daarom vragen om eventuele (schoonmaak)klachten* direct nadat je aangekomen bent aan de lobby door te geven. Zo geef je ons de gelegenheid om actie te ondernemen. We zullen ons inspannen om de kwestie zo spoedig mogelijk op te lossen. Ook storingen en/of technische mankementen graag melden bij de lobby (0031 (0) 88 055 1598). 
* schoonmaakklachten kunnen wij in behandeling nemen vanaf de dag van aankomst tot uiterlijk 12.00 uur de dag daarop.

Parkeren

Indien je accommodatie beschikt over een eigen parkeerplaats dan kun je hier één auto parkeren. Indien je accommodatie hier niet over beschikt dan kun je parkeren op de parkeerstroken vlakbij. Bad Meersee beschikt over een paar parkeerplaatsen waar een eventuele tweede auto geplaatst kan worden.

In verband met de kindvriendelijkheid van ons park, verzoeken wij je dringend om stapvoets over het park te rijden. Respecteer daarbij de bewegwijzeringsborden.

Verwacht je post? Je vindt de post in de postvakken in de lobby. Uitgaande post kun je in de oranje brievenbus (buiten aan de muur van de lobby) werpen.

Vaak hoort bij een gezin ook een trouwe viervoeter en die zijn ook zeker welkom bij EuroParcs. Wij hebben daarvoor speciale accommodaties geselecteerd. Houd er rekening mee dat je huisdier geen overlast bezorgt aan andere gasten en/of eigenaren van het park! Graag je huisdier buiten het park uitlaten. In geval je viervoeter per ongeluk toch op het park zijn/haar behoefte doet, dan dient de begeleider zelf zorg te dragen voor verwijdering van de vervuiling. Over het park verspreid, vindt je dispensers met hondenpoepzakjes. Maak hier gebruik van zodat het park en de omgeving netjes blijft!

 Op Bad Meersee staat bij de ingang van het park een container geplaatst voor huisvuil en papier.

Je kunt gratis inloggen op ons WiFi netwerk Bad Meersee. Volg de instructie zoals vermeld op de TV.

Vanaf 22.00 uur dient het rustig te zijn op het park.

Je mag voor privégebruik luchtopnamen maken met een drone. Dit valt onder recreatief gebruik. Wel moet je rekening houden met de privacyrechten van anderen. Zo mag je bijvoorbeeld niet in het geheim filmopnames van iemand maken. Als je iemand filmt of fotografeert moet je hem/haar daarvoor om toestemming vragen. Je mag dus niet overal vliegen met een drone. Zo mag de drone niet vliegen boven mensenmenigten, aaneengesloten bebouwing, industrie- en havengebieden en andere no-flyzones. Het zal duidelijk zijn dat vliegen boven het park dan ook niet is toegestaan. Verder moet je de drone altijd zefl kunnen zien. De drone mag niet hoger dan 120 meter boven de grond of het water vliegen en ook niet als het donker is.

Are you leaving? We hope you had a pleasant stay. Before you leave, we would like to ask you to leave your chalet or bungalow broom clean and to wash all dishes. We would also like to ask you to melt the fridge and turn the heating/cooker to a low temperature before you leave. If you have rented bed linen, towels or kitchen towels, you can leave them in the corridor on departure. Make sure that you do not forget any valuables from your chalet or bungalow. We do not accept any responsibility for this.

We ask you to throw your own rubbish into the rubbish containers. You will find the containers in the park. Please chech the map of the park.

• Leave the accommodation tidy.
• Make sure the dishes have been washed and everything has been put back in the right place.
• Take the waste to the recycling centre (milieustraat on the map).
• Remove the bed linen from the beds and put it all in one pillowcase.

We ask you to use the non-urgent number before 10:00 p.m. and only in the following situations:
No hot water, no central heating, no electricity, clogging, leaks.
If one or more electrical devices don't do it or if you have problems to close or to open your  chalet of bungalow. The emergency services have always acces to the park

EuroParcs Bad Meersee does not have a reception. Therefore, you check in at EuroParcs Schoneveld. Here you will get all the necessary information and the key, and it is then about a 15-minute drive to Bad Meersee. Check the park page for current reception opening hours.

Yes. The park has 2 charging points for electric cars. These can be found opposite lot C075. It is not allowed to charge from the holiday home.

This differs per type of accommodation. When making your booking, you can sometimes already see in the relevant features what kind of coffee maker is available. It may vary from coffee filter machine, Nespresso or Senseo. Should the coffee maker not be what you are looking for, you can pick up a Senseo or filter coffee maker from EuroParcs Schoneveld reception for a deposit of 25 euros.

No, there are none. However, you can use the swimming pool at EuroParcs Schoneveld for free, and for a fee you can go bowling at the restaurant at Schoneveld.

No, unfortunately fishing is not allowed on the park. However, you can fish in the Westerschelde. For this you need a fishing pass/fishing licence.

EuroParcs Bad Meersee does not have a launderette. You can use the launderette at the neighbouring EuroParcs Schoneveld for a fee.

Yes, your dog is welcome. However, it must be kept on a leash in the park. We do not have special dog walking areas. There are free poop bags available at the park, please use them! Your dog is also welcome on the beach, but in the high season between 1 May and 1 October from 10:00 to 18:00 your dog must be leashed. Outside this period your dog can run free on the beach.
